Our products consist of small and medium diameter pipes produced by an electric welding process Electric resistance welded pipes are made from either hot rolled or cold rolled steel Stripes. After being uncoiled the flat strip is progressively formed as it passes through a series of vertical and horizontal forming rolls before being welded. A high frequency induction method enables the welding of the strip edges without any addition of filler metal.
Cut – Off Machine
Continuously welded pipes are passed through a sizing section and cut into specified lengths by an automatic cut-off machine. Each pipe is then fed into a variety of finishing machines according to specific requirements. Our ERW pipes are available in sizes ranging from 13 mm (1/4 ) to 220 mm (8 ) outside diameter.
Our advanced equipment and experienced quality control staff, assure defect-free products in accordance with user requirements. Mill test report prepared according to specific standards containing some or all of the following tests, can be supplied upon request.
